As the Founder and Executive Producer of the Carefully Speaking Podcast, I create content to pass on insights and support those navigating the challenges and wins of personal and professional growth.

With a Master's (MSW) and Doctorate (DSW) in Social Work, my work has been dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities to overcome broken systems. I am a behavioral health administrator, an invited speaker, and an educator—guiding aspiring social workers toward impactful careers that are grounded in compassion and service.

My hope is that my knowledge and experience can inspire others to embrace their life with confidence and purpose.
